Education & Awareness Committee

This committee will serve as the voice for Ohio OPN by creating a dissemination plan to promote Ohio OPN and committee initiatives to the state as well as aligning with other state agencies.

Goals

  • Promote & educate the general public on Ohio OPN initiatives.
  • Provide technical assistance for access and resources for activities (i.e., Drug Overdose Awareness Day, National Fentanyl Awareness Day, Recovery Month).
  • Identify emerging and evidence-based policies and educate stakeholders on identified policies (legislation, policies etc.).
