Health Navigator Community of Practice

This committee will serve as a forum for health navigators, peer supporters, and health educators to share best practices and initiatives through various settings.

Goals

  • Promote & educate best practices for Health Navigators.
  • Identify emerging and evidence-based policies and educate peers on identified policies (legislation, policies etc.).
