Good afternoon, Health Navigator Community of Practice Committee Members,
Our next meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 26th, and we will have an external presenter this month. Due to this, the meeting time has been changed to 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM. A meeting agenda will be sent out one week prior to our meeting. Please continue to use the meeting link included on the calendar invitation. The meeting invitation has been updated to reflect the new meeting time. Thank you, and we look forward to seeing you then.
This is a friendly reminder that OIPP and OPN are using the OIPP Membership Portal for ALL communications and this portal is the only system used for people to sign up to become a member and receive correspondence from OIPP and OPN action group coordinators and/or leadership. If you are an existing member, please renew your 2026 membership through the OIPP Membership Portal link here by logging in.
